Tonight marks the last full night of recording on John's Christmas CD. Odds n ends, mostly. Greg's coming in to add a bit of percussion in a couplea spots that scream for it. Mixing to ensue in the following days.
Oh, and isn't 'viral marketing' a wonderfully deceitful concept...? ;)

So how weird is it to be singing/humming Christmas songs in the heat? I know it takes a while to get things mastered, marketed, distributed, but it has to be very strange having Christmas in June.
ReplyDeleteWe actually started recording it back in mid-January.... John only just took down the Christmas lights in the control room about 2 weeks ago.. :D
ReplyDeleteI once had a Season's Greetings embroidery project I had framed. Kept it up all year. They didn't specify what season! My uncle used to keep an artificial tree up all year and just decorate it with various seasonal things.
